Colorado Encounters, dba Cultivating Hope, is a non-profit community farm in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a 501 (c)3, we rely on donations from our members and businesses in the community to help fund our Community Garden & Farm. The farm is open to the public during the growing season, April - October.  We offer a vegetable garden, fruit orchard, chickens, and beautifully manicured gardens for the community to enjoy.
