Michelle Macdonald
President
Michelle has had a passion for horticulture and animals all her life. Michelle worked as a Licensed Physical Therapist for over 20 years and is the founder and past owner of Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy. Michelle has a strong passion for the benefits of therapeutic horticulture and animal-assisted therapy. She enjoys milking her goats, caring for her chickens, working in the garden and riding her horses. Michelle loves to share her passion for the land and animals and looks forward to helping enrich the lives of others.

Blaine Howerton
Executive Director
Blaine is Publisher and Owner of N​orth Forty News, an independent weekly newspaper and website based in Fort Collins. He has spent his 30+ year media career serving communities throughout Colorado. His green thumb and passion for communities is what led him to serve on the HOPE team.. "By bringing HOPE Farm & Community Garden together with North Forty News, we can not only feed our communities, but use the media platform to promote farming throughout Northern Colorado," said Blaine.

Rachel Congleton
Director of Operations/Secretary
hello I'm Rachel! I'm am a CSU graduate with a degree in Business Finance. I have always had a passion for outdoors, animals, and meeting new people. I'm very excited to be a part of Hope Farms and get to help the community! Animals and gardening are a big part of my life and I'm so grateful to be part of this amazing nonprofit.

AJ Macdonald
Treasurer
AJ is a Financial Advisor and President and Owner of Macdonald Financial Services in Loveland, CO. AJ married Michelle in 2017 and they have a blended family of 5 wonderful children. AJ supports Michelle in her passions and enjoys helping in the garden and milking the goats when needed. AJ has a passion for giving back and has been a big supporter of Cultivating Hope at Hope Farms.
